Leasehold

Buying or selling a Leasehold property is slightly different to that of a freehold property as you do not own the land that the property sits on, instead you own the inside parts of the building, usually a flat within a building. The Lease sets out how long you own the inside of the building. At the end of this term, the flat would be returned to the owner of the freehold/building.
